BARB and BFI - Top 10/15 channel reports - (Target Audiences)

BARB - Top 10 channel reports.

Last updated 27/09/15

From the BARB website I have decided to research the top 10 channels watched on BBC 1. From these results it shows that THE GREAT BRITISH BAKE OFF is the most viewed.

Target Audience:

If I was to rate the target audience of the THE GREAT BRITISH BAKE OFF I would most probably rate it at a young audience starting from the age of 15+ audience.

Overall the target audience of all the top 10 programmes I think are targeted at a young audience as you have some of the popular programmes such as STRICTLY COME DANCING and DOCTOR WHO which are mostly viewed by children.
